Robert “Pic’ Piccerillo
Pic is a distinguished USAF Intelligence Officer with a career marked by his innovative use of technology, data, and tactics in support of the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, law enforcement, and Allied nations. A two time Air Force Intelligence Officer of the Year, Pic is renowned for his pioneering approach to data analysis and operational strategy.
He founded the Counter IED Operations Integration Center (COIC) for JIEDDO, where he led the net centric innovation division focused on developing and deploying advanced capabilities for the warfighter. At the COIC, Pic drove the creation of the Department of Defense's first operational multi service data sharing architecture. He also developed a groundbreaking intelligence collection strategy that utilized nontraditional data sources to target the IED threat, which became one of the war's most successful and influential intelligence approaches. His work helped drive advancements in predictive analytics, the strategic use of commercially and publicly available data, and concepts that have been widely adopted in intelligence led policing, counter human trafficking, and border security efforts around the world.
In 2009, with the support of the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the DoD CIO, and the Director of the JIEDDO, Pic founded the Multi Agency Collaboration Environment (MACE) This consortium of industry and government partners focused on prototyping cutting edge technology solutions to address a wide range of national security challenges. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and innovation lead at Edge Ops, Pic is at the forefront of a team developing new capabilities to tackle complex technical and analytical problems facing both government and private sector organizations. His current work supports a global network of partners leveraging AI, commercially available data, and remote sensing technologies. Through these efforts, Edge has entered into a new era of “perpetual beta” an ongoing cycle of discovery, learning, and application to meet evolving demands.

As CEO, CFO, and Strategic Intelligence Planner at Edge Ops, she drives the development of innovative, data driven solutions that empower customer agencies to make informed decisions and achieve mission success. She is also a trusted voice in monitoring trends across critical mission areas, delivering timely intelligence updates, and collaborating with teams to address emerging challenges in real time. In addition to her exceptional analytical skills, Jennifer brings a sharp financial perspective to her leadership role. She evaluates the company's financial health, develops strategic forecasts, and crafts plans that enhance long term stability and growth. Her expertise in risk management and performance optimization ensures that the organization remains agile and poised for success in an ever changing environment.
Before her work at Edge Ops, Jennifer served as a Force Program Manager at Raytheon Corp, where she led efficiency improvements for a $200M per year analytic program, driving operational excellence and optimizing engineering processes. Her leadership was instrumental in delivering high performance solutions for the company’s clients and stakeholders.
Jennifer's distinguished career began at the U.S. Air Force Academy, where she graduated with distinction. As an officer, her award winning operational analysis for effects based targeting was adopted by the Air Force, and she went on to train hundreds of military personnel on innovative analytic tactics and techniques. She also played a pivotal role in developing a 20 year strategic plan for modernizing $100B worth of intelligence systems, ensuring continued success in an ever evolving landscape.
